WhisperGen Limited offers two innovative products that share the same core Stirling technology; an on-grid WhisperGenTM microCHP system designed for domestic home use and an off-grid WhisperGenTM heat and power system that is ideal for marine and small off-grid applications such as remote homes, motor homes, and portable cabins.
The off-grid WhisperGenTM is a fully automated 70amp (12V) or 35amp (24V) diesel-powered generator that manages and charges a battery bank whilst producing 5.5kW of heat energy to heat your hot water cylinder and the living areas.
Small and light, with an attractive design, it fits inconspicuously on any craft. Once installed there is little maintenance required, with its dry sump Stirling engine not requiring oil changes.
The remarkably capable WhisperGenTM is making boats more like home throughout the world, and the company has a worldwide network of distributors and dealers selling and supporting its products in markets including parts of Europe, Asia and North America.
